The LG Optimus L9 is just a bit better than the Xperia E dual, having a score of 56.1 against 51.6. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but LG Optimus L9 has newer 4.1.2 version and Xperia E dual has Android 4.0 version. LG Optimus L9's design is thinner but a bit heavier than Xperia E dual, and both were only released with a couple months difference.

The LG Optimus L9 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Xperia E dual, because it has 2150mAh of battery capacity.
