Xperia TL is a little bit better than the Xperia E3, with a overall score of 66.1 against 60.2. The Xperia TL construction is older, just a little bit heavier and thicker than the Xperia E3. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xperia TL has the previous 4.1 version and Xperia E3 has Android 4.4 version.
The Xperia TL features a processing unit that's very similar to the processing unit in Sony Xperia E3, and although the Xperia TL has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a worse GPU, they both have the same RAM memory amount. Xperia TL counts with a little more vivid screen than Xperia E3, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xperia TL also has a much better 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
The Sony Xperia TL features a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia E3, and although they both have an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the Sony Xperia TL also has 16 GB internal memory. The Sony Xperia E3 features improved battery life than Xperia TL, because it has 2330mAh of battery capacity.
Sony Xperia TL captures much clearer photos and videos than Sony Xperia E3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Sony Xperia TL also has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, the Xperia TL is also by far the cheapest one, making this phone a great choice.
