Comparison review

The Galaxy J5 has an overall score of 66, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia E4's global score of 60.2. Galaxy J5's design is much thinner but just a little heavier than the Sony Xperia E4, and both of them were only released 4 months apart. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy J5 has a newer 5.0 version while Sony Xperia E4 has Android 4.4.4.

The Xperia E4 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy J5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and a higher number of cores. The Galaxy J5 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xperia E4, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy J5 also has more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1280 x 720px.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia E4, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy J5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy J5 features just a little better battery performance than Xperia E4, because it has a 2600mAh battery capacity instead of 2300mAh.

Samsung Galaxy J5 features a way better camera than Xperia E4, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy J5 also has a camera in the back with much more MP.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy J5 is also by far the cheapest one, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
