Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.3, which is way better than Xperia E4's 60.2 score. Galaxy S6's construction is a little bit lighter and way thinner than the Xperia E4, even though both of them were released with only 2 months difference. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S6 has a more recent 5.0 version while Xperia E4 has Android 4.4.4.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a greater processing power than Sony Xperia E4, because it has a greater amount of RAM, a faster graphics processing unit running at 650 MHz, a higher number of faster cores and a 64 bits processing unit.
