Moto G7 Power is much better than Xperia E4g, having a 72.6 score against 65.7. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but Moto G7 Power has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia E4g has Android 4.4.4, counting with a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. The Moto G7 Power construction is noticeably heavier but thinner than the Xperia E4g.

The Moto G7 Power costs a little more money than Xperia E4g, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
