Huawei P8 is a bit better than the Xperia Ion, with a 67.2 score against 61.3. Huawei P8 is a notably newer cellphone, and it is also a lot lighter and much thinner than the Xperia Ion. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Huawei P8 has the newer 5.0 version and Xperia Ion has Android 4.1.2 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and increased performance.

The Huawei P8 has a quite better processing power than Xperia Ion, because it has a larger number of cores, a 64 bits CPU and 2 GB more RAM. Huawei P8 features a more vivid screen than Sony Xperia Ion, because it has a better count of pixels per inch in the display, a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a larger display.

The Sony Xperia Ion has just a bit better camera than Huawei P8, although it has a back facing camera with a lower 12.1 mega pixels resolution. Huawei P8 has a bit bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Ion, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.

Huawei P8 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Xperia Ion, because it has a 37% larger battery capacity.
