Galaxy Nexus Sprint is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Ion, getting a general score of 66.2 against 61.3. Even though the Galaxy Nexus Sprint and the Sony Xperia Ion were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Nexus Sprint construction is a little bit heavier but also somewhat thinner than the Sony Xperia Ion. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy Nexus Sprint has newer 4.3 version while Sony Xperia Ion has Android 4.1.2, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.
Galaxy Nexus Sprint and Xperia Ion both count with similar processing units, and although the Galaxy Nexus Sprint has an extra graphics processor, they both have a Dual-Core processor and 1 GB of RAM. The Xperia Ion features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 720 resolution, the Xperia Ion also counts with a quite better display pixel density.
Galaxy Nexus Sprint counts with slightly more storage to install applications and games than Xperia Ion, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory.
