The Amazon Fire Phone is slightly better than the Sony Xperia L1, getting a 69.6 score against 64.4. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire Phone has older 4.2.2 version while Sony Xperia L1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Amazon Fire Phone is a older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than Sony Xperia L1, but Amazon was able to build it somewhat lighter anyway.

Amazon Fire Phone has a way better looking screen than Sony Xperia L1, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 720px, the Amazon Fire Phone also counts with a little higher pixel density. Amazon Fire Phone features a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia L1, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory and 4 CPU cores, the Amazon Fire Phone also has an additional graphics co-processor.

Xperia L1 has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Fire Phone, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB. Amazon Fire Phone captures much better videos and photos than Sony Xperia L1, and although they both have a 13 megapixels resolution camera, the Amazon Fire Phone also has a larger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos.

Xperia L1 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire Phone, because it has 2620mAh of battery capacity against 2400mAh.
