Comparison review

The Galaxy Xcover 2 is slightly better than the Xperia M, getting a 58.9 score against 57. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Xcover 2 has the older 4.1.2 version while Xperia M has Android 4.3 version. Even being the best we compare here, it must be noted that it's also a notably thicker and notably heavier cellphone.

The Xperia M counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2, and although they both have 2 processing cores and a 1 GB RAM memory, the Xperia M also has a better graphics processing unit running at 450 MHz. Xperia M features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia M also has a slightly better 854 x 480px resolution and a just a little greater amount of pixels per inch in the display.

Galaxy Xcover 2's memory for applications and games is just as good as the Sony Xperia M one, they have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 32 GB and exactly the same 4 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia M features a bit superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2, because it has a 1750mAh battery size against 1700mAh.

Galaxy Xcover 2 counts with a camera that's just as good as the camera in Sony Xperia M, they have the same video frame rate, the same 1280x720 video definition and a 5 mega pixels back-facing camera.

Galaxy Xcover 2 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bit cheaper, making it a simple decision.
