HTC First is a bit better than the Xperia M, having a 62.5 score against 57. Although HTC First and Xperia M were released with only a couple months difference, HTC First's construction is just a little heavier but also just a little bit thinner than Xperia M. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the HTC First has the previous 4.1 version while Xperia M has Android 4.3 version.
HTC First has a slightly better display than Sony Xperia M, because it has a little larger display, a much better resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a better display pixels density. The HTC First has more memory for games and applications than Xperia M, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
HTC First features just a bit better performance than Xperia M. They have a 450 MHz graphics processing unit, the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. HTC First counts with a much better camera than Xperia M, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the HTC First also has a way higher (Full HD) video definition.
HTC First counts with just a bit better battery duration than Sony Xperia M, because it has a 14% greater battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, HTC First is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
