Samsung Galaxy S4 has a general score of 77.3, which is much better than Xperia M4 Aqua's 69 score. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S4 has the older 4.4.2 version and Xperia M4 Aqua has Android 5.0 version. Samsung Galaxy S4 is a a little lighter but just a little thicker cellphone than the Xperia M4 Aqua.
The Galaxy S4 counts with a bit sharper screen than Xperia M4 Aqua, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Galaxy S4 also has more pixels per inch of display and a much higher 1920 x 1080 resolution. Xperia M4 Aqua features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S4, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Xperia M4 Aqua also has a better graphics processing unit, a 64-bits processor and 4 more cores.
Galaxy S4 has a much better camera than Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light photography, they both have the same video quality, the same video frame rates and a 13 mega pixels camera. Galaxy S4 has a superior storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, because it has 32 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB.
Galaxy S4 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia M4 Aqua, because it has a 2600mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Galaxy S4 is also cheaper than the other phone.
