Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is much better than Xperia M5's score of 70.5. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 has a more recent 10 version and Xperia M5 has Android 5.0 version. Huawei P40's construction is way newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than Xperia M5.
The Huawei P40 has a better processing power than Sony Xperia M5, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Xperia M5 has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little better amount of pixels per display inch.
The Huawei P40 has much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia M5, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Huawei P40 captures much clearer photos and videos than Sony Xperia M5, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has a back-facing camera with much more MP and a bigger camera aperture.
The Huawei P40 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia M5, because it has a 46% greater battery size.
Huawei P40 costs a little more money than Sony Xperia M5, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
