The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is better than the Sony Xperia M5's 70.5 global score. These phones include the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System). The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an older, a bit thicker and heavier cellphone than the Sony Xperia M5. Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xperia M5, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Note 3 also has a graphics co-processor and 7 more CPU cores.

Xperia M5 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Xperia M5 also counts with a just a little better pixel density.
