Xperia PRO-I is much better than the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, getting a general score of 96.3 against 81. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Xperia PRO-I has 11 version while Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
