Comparison review
The Xperia PRO has an overall score of 94.3, which is way better than Xperia XZ1's 78.3 score. Although the Xperia PRO is noticeably newer than the Xperia XZ1, it is notably heavier and a lot thicker. Sony Xperia PRO has a bit more powerful CPU than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia PRO also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xperia PRO counts with a sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a much higher 1644 x 3840 resolution, a way higher pixel count per inch of screen and a larger display. The Xperia XZ1's camera is very similar to the camera in Xperia PRO, because although the Xperia XZ1 has a smaller aperture, a much tinier sensor capturing lot worse quality images and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, it also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels.
Xperia PRO features a very superior memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ1, because although it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. Xperia PRO has a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 2700mAh.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xperia XZ1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia XZ1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia PRO, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xperia XZ1, giving up a couple specs and features.
