Comparison review

HTC One has a general score of 69, which is just a bit better than the Xperia SP's 63.1 global score. Even when HTC One and the Xperia SP were only released with a couple of months difference, HTC One is a little thinner and a little bit lighter. These phones have Android operating system, but the HTC One has a more recent 5.0 version while Xperia SP has Android 4.3 version.

HTC One counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia SP, and although they both have a 400 MHz graphics processor, the HTC One also has more cores and 1 GB more RAM memory. HTC One features a bit more vivid display than Xperia SP, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a bit larger display and a lot higher 1920 x 1080 resolution.

HTC One features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia SP, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. HTC One has a very superior camera than Xperia SP, although it has a worse (Full HD) video quality and a much lower 4 MP resolution back-facing camera.

The Xperia SP has a little longer battery performance than HTC One, because it has a 3 percent greater battery size.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the HTC One is also cheaper, which makes this phone a simple decision.
