The Xperia Z Ultra is a bit better than the Xperia SP, having a 68.7 score against 63.1. Although the Xperia Z Ultra and the Xperia SP were released with only 3 months difference, the Xperia Z Ultra construction is incredibly thinner but notably heavier than the Xperia SP. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xperia Z Ultra has the newer 4.4 version while Xperia SP has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with some extra features.

Xperia Z Ultra has a bit superior processor than Xperia SP, because it has a much better graphics processing unit, a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and also faster).
