Galaxy S III has a score of 70.8, which is slightly better than the Xperia TL's global score of 66.1. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S III has a more recent 4.1.2 version and Xperia TL has Android 4.1 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. The Galaxy S III is a a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner device than Xperia TL, even when they were released only a couple of months apart.

The Galaxy S III features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia TL, and although they both have a 400 megahertz graphics co-processor and a Dual-Core processor, the Galaxy S III also has more RAM. The Sony Xperia TL features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 720px resolution, the Sony Xperia TL also counts with a little bit better pixels count in each inch in the screen.

Sony Xperia TL takes clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia TL also has a lot more mega pixels back camera and a larger aperture.
