Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is way better than the Sony Xperia U's 55 score. These phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 4 has a more recent 5.0 version and Sony Xperia U has Android 4.0 version. Although the Galaxy Note 4 is extremely heavier than the Sony Xperia U, it's extremely thinner and also a lot newer.

The Galaxy Note 4 features a lot better display than Sony Xperia U, because it has a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a much better pixel count per screen inch and a lot larger display. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a much more powerful processing unit than Sony Xperia U, because it has more RAM memory, a better graphics processor working at 500 megahertz and more CPU cores.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a greater camera than Xperia U, because it has a way better video resolution and a way more MP camera.
