Sony Xperia U Review

Sony Xperia U is a mid-end Android phone released many years ago, with a good performance Dual-Core CPU speeding at 1 GHz, a medium 3.5" display, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera. Let's take a deeper look at what this device offers to us.

The Sony Xperia U is available in 2 different color options, black and white. It seems like Sony decided not to care so much about the weight in this 3.88 ounces phone.

Sony decided to equip this cellphone using a great performance Dual-Core processor running at 1 gigahertz, packed into a ST Erricson NovaThor U8500 system chip with 512 MB of RAM memory. Helping with graphic calculations, the Sony Xperia U also uses an ARM Mali-400 MP1 GPU speeding at 320 megahertz. A nice feature of this cellphone is its big 8 GB internal memory and though it doesn't have an SD memory card expansion slot, it is enough to install hundreds of apps and games, but it may not be suitable if you are planning to install a couple of the heaviest games currently available or taking tons of photos and videos.

This phone is not cheap at all considering it is priced 270 dollars, while many similar devices are being sold for much less than that. If you want it mostly for social networks and internet browsing, this cellphone is probably a great option for you.
