The Samsung Galaxy S Advance is just a bit better than Sony Xperia U, getting a 60.4 score against 55. Samsung Galaxy S Advance's construction is just a bit heavier but thinner than the Sony Xperia U, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. These devices work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S Advance has the newer 4.1.2 version while Sony Xperia U has Android 4.0, so it counts with some nice extra features and better performance.
Xperia U features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S Advance, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher number of pixels in each inch of screen and a quite better 854 x 480 resolution. Xperia U features just a bit better performance than Galaxy S Advance, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Xperia U also counts with an additional GPU.
Samsung Galaxy S Advance counts with a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia U, and although they both have exactly the same 8 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S Advance also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 32 GB. Galaxy S Advance has just a bit better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia U, because it has 1500mAh of battery capacity instead of 1320mAh.
The Galaxy S Advance has a much better camera than Xperia U. They have the same video frame rate, the same 1280x720 video quality and the same resolution back camera.
