OnePlus 8 has a global score of 76, which is just a bit better than Xperia X Compact's 71.8 general score. The OnePlus 8 body is newer and somewhat thinner than Xperia X Compact's, but it is also much heavier. OnePlus 8 has a bit better performance than Xperia X Compact, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 features a much sharper display than Xperia X Compact, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a way bigger display and a better display density. The OnePlus 8 has a superior camera than Sony Xperia X Compact, because it has a way more mega-pixels back facing camera, a way better 3840x2160 video definition, a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos and a bigger camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia X Compact, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8 has a much longer battery life than Xperia X Compact, because it has a 4300mAh battery size.
