The Google Nexus 6P has an overall score of 80.3, which is better than the Xperia X's 72.9 score. Although the Google Nexus 6P and Xperia X were only released 7 months apart, the Google Nexus 6P design is just a little bit thinner but also heavier than Xperia X. The Google Nexus 6P has a slightly better screen than Sony Xperia X, because it has a bit more pixels per display inch, a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a bit larger display.
The Google Nexus 6P has a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia X, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Google Nexus 6P has a little better processing power than Xperia X, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Google Nexus 6P also has a larger number of cores.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 6P, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xperia X, letting go a couple specs and features.
