Comparison review

OnePlus 8 is slightly better than the Sony Xperia X, with a 76 score against 72.9. The OnePlus 8 construction is notably newer than the Sony Xperia X's, but it's somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. OnePlus 8 counts with a bit superior CPU than Xperia X, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and faster).

OnePlus 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xperia X, because although it has a just a bit worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger screen. The OnePlus 8 features more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia X, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.

The OnePlus 8 shoots better pictures and videos than Xperia X, because it has a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera, a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and video, a larger back-facing camera sensor and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The OnePlus 8 counts with a much longer battery life than Xperia X, because it has a 64% more battery capacity.

Although OnePlus 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xperia X, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia X. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Xperia X, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
