Google Nexus 5 is a bit better than Xperia XA1 Ultra, having a 76 score against 72.8. The Google Nexus 5 construction is incredibly lighter than the Xperia XA1 Ultra, but it is just a little bit thicker and was released 4 years before. Google Nexus 5 has a much better screen than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Google Nexus 5 also counts with a just a bit better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.
Google Nexus 5's processor is very similar to the CPU in Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although the Google Nexus 5 has 4 lesser and slower CPU cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Xperia XA1 Ultra has just a bit better camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.
The Xperia XA1 Ultra has much more storage to install applications and games than Google Nexus 5, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Xperia XA1 Ultra also has a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB. Xperia XA1 Ultra features a bit longer battery performance than Google Nexus 5, because it has 2700mAh of battery capacity.
