Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XA1, getting a global score of 76 against 71.7. OnePlus 8's construction has the same thickness than the Sony Xperia XA1, but it is way heavier. OnePlus 8 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a way better 1080 x 2400 resolution, a bigger screen and a higher pixel quantity in each display inch.
The OnePlus 8 has just a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XA1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 shoots much better photographs and videos than Xperia XA1, because it has a way higher 3840x2160 video definition, a bigger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited situations, a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and pictures and a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
OnePlus 8 features a bigger storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XA1, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 counts with a really longer battery duration than Xperia XA1, because it has an 87 percent larger battery size.
The OnePlus 8 costs a little more than the Xperia XA1, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
