Samsung Galaxy A90 5G has a general score of 90.5, which is a lot better than the Xperia XA1's score of 71.7. Although Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is incredibly newer than the Xperia XA1, it is way heavier and a little bit thicker. Galaxy A90 5G has a bit faster CPU than Sony Xperia XA1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy A90 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
