Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ is slightly better than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, with a 79.3 score against 78.6. Even though the Galaxy S6 edge+ is noticeably older than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, it's body is way lighter and notably thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S6 edge+ has older 5.1 version while Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a more vivid display than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel quantity per display inch and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 400 GB.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores. Xperia XA2 Plus has greater battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 19% greater battery capacity. The Xperia XA2 Plus takes a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
