The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the Xperia XA2 Ultra, having a score of 82.1 against 75.5. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter than Xperia XA2 Ultra, even though both of them were only released 6 months apart. Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A8 Star, although it has a just a bit lower screen pixels density, a quite smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star counts with a bit faster CPU than Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has more RAM memory.
