Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ2's general score of 79.1. Although Xperia XZ Premium is older than Sony Xperia XZ2, it's design is a little lighter and notably thinner. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a brighter display than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same display brightness, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a much better display density and a much better 2160 x 3840px resolution.
Sony Xperia XZ2 has just a bit bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 400 GB. Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit faster CPU than Sony Xperia XZ Premium. They have a 4 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores.
Xperia XZ2 has a little bit better camera than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, a 0.43 inches camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same aperture, the Xperia XZ2 also has faster 60 fps video frame rates. Xperia XZ2 has a battery duration that's very similar to the Xperia XZ Premium one, although the Xperia XZ2 has just 3180mAh battery size instead of 3230mAh.
