Asus ZenFone AR has a score of 77.4, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ's 73.5 general score. Although Asus ZenFone AR is newer than the Sony Xperia XZ, it is just a bit thicker and a bit heavier. Asus ZenFone AR counts with a little bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia XZ, because it has a quite larger display, a just a bit greater screen density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Asus ZenFone AR counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia XZ, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Asus ZenFone AR also has more RAM memory. The Sony Xperia XZ takes a bit better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a 23 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a F2 camera aperture, the Sony Xperia XZ also has better 30 frames per second video frame rates and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
