Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is much better than Sony Xperia XZ, with a score of 81.7 against 73.5. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device than the Sony Xperia XZ, it must be noted that it's also a lot older, just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker. Galaxy Note Edge features just a little better performance than Xperia XZ, and although they both have 4 processing cores and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a better screen than Xperia XZ, because it has a just a little greater pixel amount per inch of display, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bigger screen. Xperia XZ takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xperia XZ also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography, a way more mega-pixels back facing camera and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality photographs.

Xperia XZ counts with a bit bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia XZ, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note Edge costs a lot more money than Xperia XZ, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
