The Sony Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ, getting a overall score of 79.6 against 73.5. The Sony Xperia XZ3 design is newer than Xperia XZ's, although it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia XZ, because it has 4 more cores and more RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a better looking display than Xperia XZ, because it has a larger display, a much better 1440 x 2880 resolution and more pixels per inch of display. Xperia XZ3 has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Xperia XZ, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with just a bit better battery life than Xperia XZ, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.
