The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is a lot better than the Xperia XZ1 Compact, getting a score of 90.5 against 74.6. Although Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is heavier than the Xperia XZ1 Compact, it's thinner and newer. Galaxy A90 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia XZ1 Compact, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy A90 5G also has more RAM memory.
