Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 7 is slightly better than the Xperia XZ1, having a general score of 81.2 against 78.3. The Asus ROG Phone 7 is a way newer device than Xperia XZ1, but it's extremely thicker and incredibly heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ1 has a bit sharper screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a much smaller display, a lot worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a bit worse number of pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia XZ1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia XZ1 has a very superior processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Asus ROG Phone 7 has a much better camera than Xperia XZ1, because it has a lot better video resolution, a much bigger back camera sensor and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels. The Asus ROG Phone 7 has a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh.
