The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is slightly better than the Xperia XZ1, having a score of 82.9 against 78.3. Even though Huawei Mate 20 Pro is newer than the Xperia XZ1, it is somewhat heavier and thicker. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than Xperia XZ1, because it has a larger screen, a much better 1440 x 3120px resolution and a better pixel density. The Xperia XZ1 features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
