The Xperia XZ1 has a general score of 78.3, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto G30's 78.1 overall score. Xperia XZ1 is an a lot older cellphone than Motorola Moto G30, but Sony could make it noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. Xperia XZ1 has a sharper screen than Moto G30, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a way better pixel count per inch in the display.

The Xperia XZ1 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola Moto G30, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Xperia XZ1 features a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G30. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.

Moto G30 features a superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Moto G30 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G30 also has a lot more mega pixels back camera, faster video frame rates and a larger aperture to take better images in low-light situations.
