Even though the Xperia XZ1 is a lot older than the Motorola Moto G51 5G, it's design is thinner and lighter. The Xperia XZ1 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto G51 5G. They have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.

Xperia XZ1 has a little more vivid display than Motorola Moto G51 5G, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Moto G51 5G shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Moto G51 5G also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos, a way better 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and higher 240 fps video frame rates.
