Comparison review
Moto G84 is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ1, getting a global score of 80.9 against 78.3. The Moto G84 is a way newer and lighter phone than the Xperia XZ1, but it's also just a little bit thicker. The Moto G84 features a little more vivid display than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a little worse display density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a larger screen.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 features a much powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G84, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Moto G84 has just a bit better camera than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Motorola Moto G84 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photos in low-light environments, a lot larger back camera sensor, better video frame rate and a way higher 50 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
Sony Xperia XZ1 counts with more storage capacity to install games and applications than Moto G84, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Moto G84 features a much longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
