Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has an overall score of 87, which is much better than Xperia XZ1's overall score of 78.3. Galaxy A42's construction is notably newer than the Xperia XZ1's, although it is heavier and somewhat thicker. Sony Xperia XZ1 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a much better screen pixels density.
The Galaxy A42 features just a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ1, because although it has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal storage. Xperia XZ1 counts with a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A42. Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM.
The Galaxy A42 has a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia XZ1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
