Samsung Galaxy M20 is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ1, with a overall score of 78.9 against 78.3. Samsung Galaxy M20's construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the Xperia XZ1. Xperia XZ1 has a little bit better looking display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a little smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels density.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy M20. They have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
