Galaxy M33 has a score of 86.3, which is better than Sony Xperia XZ1's score of 78.3. Despite being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy M33 body is incredibly heavier and extremely thicker than Sony Xperia XZ1. The Xperia XZ1 has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy M33, because although it has a really smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels density.
The Xperia XZ1 and the Galaxy M33 both have very similar processors, and although the Galaxy M33 has 2 GB more RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Xperia XZ1 features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M33, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy M33 has a really longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2700mAh. The Xperia XZ1 shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M33, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs or video in poorly lited situations and a lot worse 19 MP resolution back-facing camera.
