Samsung Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is a lot better than Sony Xperia XZ1's 78.3 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lot newer than the Sony Xperia XZ1, it is just a bit heavier and just a little thicker. Galaxy S20 features just a bit better processing power than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 counts with a bit more vivid display than Xperia XZ1, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, a bigger screen and a greater pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia XZ1, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit better camera than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a lot lower 12 mega pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a way better video resolution, a way bigger sensor shooting much better quality photographs and a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos and videos.
The Galaxy S20 features a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 2700mAh.
The Galaxy S20 costs a lot more money than Sony Xperia XZ1, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
