Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is way better than Sony Xperia XZ1's global score of 78.3. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a way newer phone than the Sony Xperia XZ1, although it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much better display than Xperia XZ1, because it has a just a bit greater pixels density, a much higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a much bigger screen. Sony Xperia XZ1 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a lot better camera than Xperia XZ1, because it has a much higher video definition, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography, a back-facing camera with way more megapixels and a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much longer battery life than Xperia XZ1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra costs more than the Xperia XZ1, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
