Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is a lot better than Xperia XZ1's overall score of 78.3. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is a lot newer and just a bit thinner than Xperia XZ1's, although it's also incredibly heavier. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ1 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a much lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel amount in each inch of display. Xperia XZ1 has more storage for apps and games than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a much better battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a camera that is just as good as the Xperia XZ1 one, because although the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a lot lower resolution camera in the back and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a way larger sensor and a larger aperture to take better low-light photos.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 costs a lot more than the Xperia XZ1, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
