Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ1 has an overall score of 78.3, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3's score of 78.2. Sony Xperia XZ1's body is incredibly lighter and thinner than Xiaomi Poco M3, although it was released 3 years before. Sony Xperia XZ1 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Poco M3. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores.
The Xperia XZ1 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a quite better display density. The Xperia XZ1 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xperia XZ1 also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Poco M3 captures slightly better videos and photos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a larger aperture, a much higher resolution camera in the back and a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality.

Although Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
