Comparison review
IPhone 8 is slightly better than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, having a score of 85 against 79. IPhone 8's construction is lighter and much thinner than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, although both were only released 7 months apart. Apple iPhone 8 features just a bit better hardware performance than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
Xperia XZ2 Compact features a more vivid screen than iPhone 8, because it has a bit more screen brightness, a quite larger screen, a higher screen pixel density and a lot higher 1080 x 2160 resolution. Xperia XZ2 Compact features a slightly better camera than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way better photo and video quality and a back camera with a much better 19 MP resolution.
IPhone 8 has more storage to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia XZ2 Compact features a much longer battery performance than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a 58% more battery size.
