Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is much better than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, having an 88 score against 79. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy M31s has 11 version and Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Galaxy M31s design is extremely newer and noticeably thinner, but heavier than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact features just a little better processing power than Galaxy M31s, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xperia XZ2 Compact features a more vivid display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a way smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a little greater display pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy M31s shoots much better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also counts with a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited situations, a lot more MP back facing camera and a lot larger sensor shooting way better quality photos.
Galaxy M31s features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 512 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy M31s has a much longer battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 109% more battery size.
