Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has an overall score of 82.2, which is just a bit better than the LG V20's 77 overall score. The Xperia XZ2 Premium design is newer than the LG V20's, but it is notably heavier and way thicker. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with an incredibly better looking screen than LG V20, because it has a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px, more pixels per inch in the display and a little bigger screen.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a little better hardware performance than LG V20, because it has more cpu cores and more RAM memory. The LG V20 counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the LG V20 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a little longer battery lifetime than LG V20, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh. The Xperia XZ2 Premium takes a bit better photos and videos than LG V20, and although they both have the same video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a F1.8 aperture, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a camera with a higher resolution and a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality videos and photos.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V20. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the LG V20, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
