Samsung Galaxy M30s has a global score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ2 Premium's global score of 82.2. Samsung Galaxy M30s's design is newer, noticeably thinner and lighter than the Xperia XZ2 Premium. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much better looking screen than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and much more pixels per inch of screen.
Galaxy M30s features a slightly bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M30s also has a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Galaxy M30s counts with a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3540mAh. Galaxy M30s shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy M30s also counts with a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
